Chef Michael Paley's food is rooted in Italian tradition, laced with modern influences
and seasoned with America's Southern kitchen's heritage. We cherish our proximity
to one of the country's most abundant agricultural areas. Northern Kentucky and
the Ohio River Valley offer a wealth of
regional ingredients and artisanal
producers. Strong supplier relationships are important to us, and
we "buy local" as much as possible.
