Specials include: Marksbury Farm Chicken and Biscuits, Lamb Sausage Hash and Eggs with mustard greens and fried black eye peas, Slow Poached Egg and House Pancetta Salad with spring asparagus and preserved blood orange, and Shuckmans Smoked Salmon Quiche with bitter greens, sunflower seeds and sorghum vinaigrette.
