In honor of the 10th Anniversary of 21c Louisville and Proof on Main, we’re hosting a series of guest chef dinners featuring the executive chefs from each of our 21c restaurants. Executive chef Mike Wajda of Proof on Main has invited the executive chefs from each 21c restaurant to collaborate on dinner menus that will showcase the unique culinary character of each visiting chef.
In June we’re thrilled to welcome James Beard Award Semifinalist Matthew McClure of The Hive at 21c Bentonville. McClure was also named The People’s Best New Chef in the midwest category by FOOD + WINE.
The evening will begin with a cocktail reception followed by a family-style dinner merging Kentucky and Arkansas flavors with dishes like McClure’s Arkansas Dry Aged Beef Tartare paired with Boubon Barrel soy.
