Join us Thursday, October 25 as Chef Wajda joins forces with Four Roses Bourbon for a Fork & Bottle dinner. The evening will kick off with a reception and passed canapés, followed by a 3-course dinner with tastings led by special guest Brent Elliott, Master Distiller at Four Roses. The dinner will feature the release of two 2018 Four Roses barrel picks from our 21c Selects program. Reception begins at 6:30pm, followed by dinner. Price is $95 per person.

ABOUT BRENT ELLIOT
A native of Owensboro, Kentucky, Brent became Master Distiller at Four Roses Bourbon in September 2015 and he is uniquely qualified for this role… after all, he’s been helping Four Roses select exquisite barrels of Bourbon at their peak of maturation for the past ten years, working closely with former Master Distiller, Jim Rutledge.
As the Distillery’s Director of Quality, Brent’s decade of experience with Four Roses includes everything from applying his Chemistry degree to evaluate Bourbons in the tasting lab, to taking part in the selection of barrels for special Single Barrel bottlings and Limited Edition products. Brent applies his on-the-job experience to his role of Master Distiller, ensuring that each Four Roses product has the fruity, smooth and mellow character, along with a hint of spice, that the brand has become known for around the world.
Every stage of the distillation process is critical and you’ll find Brent’s heart and soul in every one of them.
